From the Hobby Master's Ground Power Series is this German King Tiger with a Henschel turret of sSSPzAbt 501 in the Battle of Bulge, Ardennes, 1944. The King Tiger, the most formidable Heavy Tank of Germany, made its debut on the WWII in 1944. The first 50 tanks produced had Porsche turrets. Subsequent tanks were equipped with the Henschel turret. Weighed 69.8 tons, it was armed with a 71-caliber 88mm main gun that had enough power to penetrate 150mm thick armor from 2000 meters away. Its hitting power was unmatched in WWII. For protection, the chassis front armor was 100mm-150mm thick with 80mm thick rear and side armor. Other Details: - Authentic Detailing
